SIGNING AGENT
WORKING HOURS
By Appointment ONLY!
We offer services during regular as well as non-regular business work days and hours, including weekends and holidays. My availability cannot be guaranteed to meet your needs. I reserve the right to decline any appointment request without explanation.
FEE STRUCTURE

Cash, in person, per single document, no travel, real time, hard copy: $6.00 per notary stamp. Add 3% for credit card.

Minimum service fee for any signing agent service within 20 miles, one-way: $75.00

Standard Fee: for refi or HELOC within 20 miles, one-way: $90.00, no additional fee for scan backs.

Reverse Mortgage within 20 miles, one-way: $155.00

Texas 50 A6 closing in an Attorney's Office or Title Office within 20 miles, one-way: $135 - $155. Contact me for firm quote depending on your specifics.

RON (Remote Online Notarization):

Single document/item: $25.00 plus $6.00 per notary stamp

Fees for locations in excess of 20 miles one way can be negotiated.

Payment terms
Net 30, 1.5% per month 31-45 days, 3% per month 46-60 days and above. Expedited shipping charges (i.e. FedEx/UPS) if not prepaid, are billed at cost.

NOTARY PUBLIC
I am a member of the American Association of Notaries. I carry $100,000 of E&O insurance and have a current NNA background check, a copy of which is available upon request.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We do not provide notary acceptor services.
